Cancellation fee
If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for the sake
of other travelers who have not found accommodation yet.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be demanded if you cancel ALL your reservation as the
following cases.
* 1 day prior to arrival date --- A 50% of total accommodation fee
* On arrival date & no show --- A 100% of total accommodation fee
Reconfirmation by telephone or email 3days in advance is necessary for Private,
Family/Group room bookings only.
If not reconfirmed, there is a possibility that your room may be given to other travellers.
(Reconfirmation of dormitory rooms is not required, but gratefully accepted.)
